9,000 years ago the Chinese started making beer, which is among the oldest and now Dogfish has set out to recreate what might the first alcoholic beverage. Dogfish Head Brewery has worked with an archeologist to make a recipe that is close to that one! This beer is being called “Chateau Jiahu.” 3,000 cases of Chateau Jiahu will be brewed this year and be sold in a wine size bottle! Try it, and let us know what you think!
