Named in honor of the 1955 Dodger's World Championship team, this british style pale ale pours a bright chestnut and has a delectably sweet aroma. Smooth to the palate with a toasty biscuit flavor.
Brooklyn Summer Ale
Brooklyn Brewery revisits the concept of England's "Luncheon Ales" in this beer. Named for being light and refreshing. This particular Summer Ale has a new take on it's predecessor. A mix of English Barley malt and German and American hops, Summer Ale has a bready flavor and a citrus /floral aroma
Brooklyn Local One
This special brew is made with German hops and malts and a first press Demerara Cane Sugar. Using a rare 100% bottle re-fermentation process it gains a deep palate and a unique taste.
